Biography
Danny Cassee is a dedicated trial attorney whose practice centers on products liability, offshore injuries, worksite accidents, and mass tort litigation. He joined Arnold & Itkin in 2024 and has quickly made an impact on some of the firm's most significant catastrophic injury cases, helping clients achieve outstanding results. Danny served on the trial team that secured a $78 million products liability verdict and contributed to obtaining a $50 million settlement in a devastating worksite injury matter. He has also been essential in achieving multiple seven- and eight-figure verdicts and settlements for his clients. His reputation for innovative thinking, meticulous preparation, and skillful execution defines his approach to every case.
A San Francisco Bay Area native, Danny earned his law degree from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings). During law school, he served on the executive board of the UC Law SF Plaintiffs' Law Association and worked as a Staff Editor for the UC Law Journal, the institution's premier law review. Danny graduated magna cum laude and received several honors, including the Keith Ferguson Admiralty Law Award.
Outside of work, Danny enjoys classic films, running at Buffalo Bayou Park, and spending time with his fiancée, Jackie.
